Local quality printing in Eugene

Many of our clients and customers have brought us images and designs generated by AI programs. We have experienced many issues with these files.
Please read the policy below to see our stance on the subject.

Our Policy:
We will print AI generated imagery, under the premise that the design or image is ready as is. This means that the artwork you give us is what we will produce. We are not responsible for any mistakes within the artwork. If the artwork is not sized properly, has poor resolution or does not fit within any other company or printing guidelines, you will be notified before production has started.
A refund may be issued if new artwork is not obtained.

We WILL NOT do the following:
- Make edits or changes to the artwork
- Make edits or changes to the information
- Fix spelling errors

- Resize or stretch your artwork

- Increase resolution

- Reprint your order due to an error with provided AI generated art.
